The dates for The Powder Coating Institute’s annual meeting have been set for June 18-22, 2017. This year’s venue is the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe in New Mexico. All the events and education you have come to enjoy from a PCI annual meeting will be back. And once again, we will co-locate with the Chemical Coaters Association International’s (CCAI) annual meeting.

Happy New Year! Are you a person who makes resolutions? While some of us pledge not to make resolutions, I’ve read that roughly 45 percent of the population does. I have also read that by January 10, most have abandoned those resolutions. I am not telling you anything you don’t already know when I say that the industry that capitalizes most on New Year’s resolutions is the weight loss industry. Diet pills, exercise programs, gym memberships—all of these see a rise as the New Year rolls in.
