Wisconsin Oven Ships Drawer Style Batch Oven to Automotive Supplier

Wisconsin Oven Corporation shipped an electrically heated drawer style batch oven for a global automotive supplier. The industrial oven will be used in the customer’s lab to test and confirm production process on heating fiber blanket sheet prior to placement into a press. The fiber blanker will be used in automobiles for sound absorption backing on carpet and door panels.

In Memoriam: Jim Dwyer

Former PCI member, Jim Dwyer, age 61, of Westfield, NY, died Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Absolut Care of Westfield, N.Y., following a brief illness.  Jim worked for PCI member company Pratt & Lambert and was very active in the late 1980s and early 1990s before being injured in a bicycle accident that prevented him from returning to the industry.
