WolfRayet Launches Radiant Heat Technology

WolfRayet (Gainesville, Texas) has launched the Radiant Heat Technology (RHT) modular system, a heating solution designed to help manufacturers increase throughput, improve oven utilization and unlock additional production capacity from existing finishing lines.

Developed for powder coating and industrial finishing operations, the system introduces concentrated radiant energy at the early stages of the curing process, helping coated parts reach gel temperature more quickly and reduce cure bottlenecks.

“Many manufacturers are looking for ways to increase production without taking on the cost and disruption of a major capital project," said Marhya Osheaski, president of WolfRayet. "We developed RHT to provide a practical solution that helps customers get more performance from the equipment they already own.”

The modular design enables WolfRayet RHT to be integrated into existing curing operations with minimal disruption. It can be installed as a stand-alone heating solution or combined with the company’s gas catalytic infrared technology as part of a hybrid curing strategy.
