Effective December 13, 2013, the California Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) removed 1,3,5-triglycidyl-s-triazinetrione from the list of chemicals known to the State to cause reproductive toxicity for purposes of Proposition 65. Based on changes to certain federal regulations that affect the bases for the original listings, OEHHA referred these chemicals to the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee (DART IC) for reconsideration.
