Belco Industries (Belding, Michigan) has launched a Mobile Parts Van service designed to reduce equipment downtime and improve response times for customers in the Midwest. The van is fully stocked with essential components and high-demand replacement parts for both finishing and extrusion systems, enabling the service team to address customer needs on-site without waiting for parts to be shipped.

"The Mobile Parts Van allows us to bring critical parts and expertise directly to our customers' facilities, improving response times and reinforcing the level of service they've come to expect from Belco."

The van is typically operated by Belco's parts sales specialist, with experienced technicians available to accompany visits when needed. Customers can receive individual replacement parts or opt for fully customized service kits tailored to their specific operation. As the van makes regular stops, these kits can be replenished on site, ensuring facilities maintain critical inventory without managing it themselves.

The company plans to expand into additional regions. Belco said the mobile program supports both one-time parts needs and ongoing maintenance relationships, offering flexibility for a range of customer situations within the finishing industry.
