Registration Open for CCAI/PCI 2019 Joint Annual Meeting

Join industry colleagues at the CCAI/PCI 2019 Joint Annual Meeting at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island, SC, from June 16-20, and enjoy outstanding programming and a variety of social activities. Registration is now open on each association’s website where you will also find the schedule of events and activity details.
The format of the event follows the same pattern as previous years. Each association will have their own business meeting (CCAI is Monday afternoon, June 17, and PCI is Thursday morning, June 20) with a mix of joint general sessions and social activities dispersed throughout the agenda.
An array of timely and important presentations highlight each day during joint general sessions. Complete descriptions of each are available on the websites along with a downloadable brochure containing complete event details. Here is a taste of what to expect:

The social activities during the annual meeting provide great networking among members of both associations. These events are open to all attendees and their guests regardless of whether you are attending one meeting or both. All optional activities have a separate fee.

The beautiful Sonesta Resort Hilton Head is the ideal location for the joint annual meeting. Attendees can relax by the pool, take a short walk to the beach or find a plethora of activities on the island, including shopping, golf, lighthouse tours and plantation exploration.
The group rate for the 2019 CCAI/PCI Annual Meeting is $199/night plus a $22 per night resort fee. Take advantage of the special rate and extend your stay two days prior or two days following the meeting. Attendees are encouraged to make reservations well in advance as we anticipate a sellout before the hotel cutoff date, May 27. PCI members should register at www.powdercoating.org/event/AM19 and CCAI members should register at www.ccaiweb.com/event/AM19.
If you are registering for both meetings, you MUST download the joint registration form available on either association’s website. Joint registrations cannot be completed through the online registration portal. Call your respective association if you have any questions regarding the meeting or registration.
