From October 8-10 in St.
Louis, the only Powder Coating
Show in the world will be held!
Sponsored and run by The Powder
Coating Institute (PCI®), the 2013
Powder Coating Show is a Who’s
Who of companies devoted to the
sale of powder coating material,
equipment, supplies and services.
The show boasts the largest
and most comprehensive technical
program for powder coating,
designed to educate professionals
who are currently engaged in
the business as well as those
who are considering using
powder coating in the future.
The 48 hours of programming,
including two sessions entirely
in Spanish, was conceived
and organized by the ARE
Committee of The Powder
Coating Institute.
The technical program
is developed around four
tracks—Surface Preparation,
including Pre-Treatment;
Powder Coating and Quality
Control; Optimizing Your
Powder Coating Operation; and
Innovations in Powder Coating.

But, the 2013 Powder Coating
Show is not just about the technical
conference and the exhibitors
from around the world. It is about
networking with colleagues—
informal discussions over food
and drink provided by the show
organizers to talk about mutual
challenges and opportunities.
The 2013 Powder Coating
Show is unlike most other trade
shows—not just because it is
the only show for the powder
coating market—but also because
of the additional networking
and learning opportunities. For
example, in the middle of the show
is a Solutions Center, sponsored
by Intellifinishing, and staffed by
experts who can answer the most
challenging questions attendees
present.
For the second year in a row,
there will be a live Auction—
this year, for the benefit of the
new Powder Coating Institute
Scholarship Fund—which will
be exciting and a great benefit
to students looking to enter the
powder coating market (auction
sponsored by DSM). For race
car enthusiasts, there will be live
races with high speed model cars
around an oval racetrack, presented
by sponsors Gema, Axalta, Echo
Supply, PowderDepot.com, TCI
Powder and Reliant Finishing.
